Description of allegation Defective and poorly manufactured treatment vessels to the project and that due to such delivery, the contractor company sustained $251,160 in damages in the effort to repair the error. An employee of SEM was involved in a vehicle accident while on Company business. Various actions were filed by the claimants in both state and federal courts.      
Description of settlement The parties reached a settlement whereby MV paid the contractor company a total of $160,000. In the fourth quarter of 2016, the parties reached a settlement concerning the distribution of insurance proceeds and all issues of liability.
