EMPLOYEE RETENTION CREDIT	NOTE 21 – EMPLOYEE RETENTION CREDIT During the year ended December 31, 2021, the Company applied for certain Employee Retention Credits (“ERTC”) under the CARES Act in the approximate amount of $0.2 million, which is reflected within the statement of operations as a reduction to salaries and related expenses. The remaining balance of the ERTC receivable as of December 31, 2021 was $0.
