Item 8.01 Other Events.
On November 2, 2023, Strategic Environmental & Energy Resources, Inc (“the Company or SEER”) announced that its MV Technologies, LLC (MV) subsidiary has secured purchase orders for its proprietary SulfAx™ H2S removal systems to be deployed in dairies in New York State. These orders amount to approximately $1.2 million for the systems.
We also received a purchase order for $300,000 from a Canadian-based food processor, to deploy a second H2SPlus™ System.
