Other Events.

The Company announced its MV Technologies (“MV”) subsidiary was just awarded an additional patent affording significantly expanded coverage for its innovative V3RU™ (vapor recovery) technology, designed to minimize methane and other greenhouse gas emissions from oil and gas field operations.  The initial patent was issued June, 2012.The full text of the press release issued in connection with the announcement is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
